Yes, you can cancel a ride before the driver arrives. Cancellations made after the driver is en route may incur a small cancellation fee.
The SOS button is an emergency feature that instantly alerts our 24/7 safety team and your emergency contacts with your live location. Use it if you ever feel unsafe during a trip.
Go to your profile settings in the app, tap "Safety", and add up to 3 emergency contacts. They'll be notified automatically if you trigger an SOS alert.
We accept M-Pesa, credit/debit cards, and Yaani wallet credits. You can manage your payment methods in the app under "Payment".

Earnings are paid out weekly every Monday directly to your registered M-Pesa or bank account. You can also request instant payouts (fees may apply) from the driver dashboard.
Drivers keep up to 85% of every fare. The remaining percentage covers platform fees, payment processing, and insurance contributions.
